Diamond electro-plated products include electro-plated inside and outside sling or dicing discs, needle files, trepanning tools and various shaped electro-plated mounted points, electro-plated reamer, electro-plated milling and petroleum drilling bits, electro-plated wheels, electro-plated diamond dressing rolls and electro-plated diamond dental drilling bits, etc with substrates supplied by users, we can provide diamond and CBN electro-plated products of arbitrary shape.

Electro-plated Needle Files is a hand precision finishing tool. They are used for finishing various special shaped surfaced and internal holes of moulds, tool and machine parts made of carbide bearing steels as well as hard-to grind materials

Electro-plated mounted points mounted points are used for grinding the inner holes and other specially shaped inner cavities of hard carbide, high caron steel and bearing steel workpiece.

We will electroplated mounted mounted points of all shapes and sizes on condition that users supply mounted point substrates according to requirements.
